Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By creating an account or using the Ewamo platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. Ewamo is incubated by Darrel Technologies Ltd, incorporated in Ghana.
Ewamo is a consumer beauty and wellness intelligence platform. It provides AI-powered product discovery, ingredient analysis, routine building, mood and wellness tracking, a brand marketplace, and community features.
Ewamo provides information and personalised recommendations to support your beauty and wellness decisions. It is not a medical or dermatological service. Nothing on the platform constitutes medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.
You must be 16 or older to create an Ewamo account. By creating an account, you confirm this. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it.
Ewamo offers a free tier and paid plans (Glow at $9.99/month and Ritual at $19.99/month). Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
You retain ownership of content you create on Ewamo, including routine records, reviews, and community posts. By posting content, you grant Ewamo a non-exclusive licence to display it within the platform. We do not sell your personal content to third parties.
Ewamo hosts a marketplace of third-party beauty brands. We curate listings but are not responsible for the quality, safety, or accuracy of third-party products. Any purchase you make from a brand on our marketplace is a transaction between you and that brand.
You agree not to post harmful, abusive, or misleading content on the platform; to use automated tools to scrape or extract data; or to use the platform in any way that violates applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ewamo's liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any decisions made on the basis of information or recommendations on the platform.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
